Missing two teeth in the upper right quadrant brought this patient into our office with a desire to replace them with a fixed solution. Our standard diagnostic protocols called for a 3-Dimensional enhanced radiographic evaluation which revealed that only one site could be replaced with an implant and the other would require replacement with a three-unit bridge. The implant experience was a nonevent and soon after the patient’s desires expanded to improve all the upper teeth. Using an advanced digital smile design as a blueprint fourteen teeth were restored to perfection. Our methods and workflows have never been better or more streamlined and predictable. This applies to restorative dentistry, guided implantology and other dental disciplines.
