Description
A very challenging case presented with a collapsed bite, severe crowding, missing teeth, and a residual root. Multiple dental disciplines were required to put the dentition in a favorable restorative arrangement. Clear aligner therapy leveled the occlusal plane and reduced the degree of crowding. A full mouth wax-up design facilitated the full mouth restorations with well-proportioned highly esthetic veneers and two implant crowns. Big changes are possible even when it appears to be impossible.
