Extreme mobility and pain prompted this patient to seek a solution to a long-standing problem. Utilizing 3-dimensional digital imaging provided us with the basis to confidently restore her smile with an All-On-X case type. It would have been impossible to treatment plan this case without the benefit of our in-office technologies that determined a path for fabricating a fixed provisional (temporary) until we could transition into the implant supported fixed dentition. Immediate loading any teeth-in-a-day case type requires exquisite planning and preparing a digital smile before any surgery is rendered.
